2 tablespoons fat
1 1/2 cups onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 clove garlic
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork (?)
2 cups canned tomatoes
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cold water
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon worcestershire
4 cups kidney beans
cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt fat - add onion, pepper, celery and garlic. Cook until almost tender. Add beef. Fry uncovered until brown. Add tomatoes and chili powder which has been mixed with 2 tablespoons water. Add salt, sugar and worcestershire. Bring to boil, cover and simmer one hour or until thick. Add beans, drained off liquid. Heat well.
