Ingredients:
4 packages of yeast
4 cups of warm (not too hot) water
1 cup of sugar
2 Tablespoons Salt
4 eggs (room temperature)
˝ cup of oil
12 to 13 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in the warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, eggs, oil, and half of the flour. Beat until smooth. Add in the remaining flour and hand knead until the dough is smooth. Cover the bowl and place the covered bowl in a warm area of the kitchen to rise. Let rise until the dough doubles in size. Knead the dough back down and let it rise again. You only need to let it rise once, but can let it rise several times. When you’re ready to make the rolls flour and grease (or spray Pam) a 9 x 13 cake pan. Roll the rolls and place in the pan. Let rise to the top of the pan, then bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and remove from the pan onto a towel to cool.
