1 pound ground beef
3 cups water
2 small cans of tomato sauce
3-4 potatoes, peeled and cut into small diced pieces.
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 cup corn, frozen, or can
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons sugar

In a large pan, brown ground meat, drain, then add all the rest of ingredients. Bring to
a boil and reduce heat to a medium heat and cook for 1 hour. Be sure to check if
potatoes are cooked. Let cool. Serve with cornbread or crackers. Taste for salt, add if
needed.

* You can cook 1 box of Jiffy Honey Cornbread mix for the cornbread, good with soup.

Also, you can put a few shakes of Lemon/Pepper in the soup. Brightens up the soup.

As you know this was a big hit with all the grandkids, and kids. Never went to grandmas house she didnt have a big ole pot on the stove. Great memories.
