1 stick of softened butter or margarine
¾ cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup chips - chocolate, cinnamon, peanut butter, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix well: softened butter, brown sugar and egg.

Add and mix in Bisquick.

Add and mix in chips of choice.

Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. After a few minutes, loosen with a spatula. Cool completely before storing.
