Cookie Tips:
*Refrigerate cookie dough overnight to develop more flavor.
*Use bread flour instead of AP if you prefer a chewy cookie.
*Add 2 cups more flour to make the cookies gooey inside.
*To make your cookies crispy on the outside and soft in the center,
use ¼ tsp baking soda and ¼ tsp baking powder (instead of ½ tsp baking soda).
