1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 tbsp syrup
1/2 c water
1 tbsp butter
pinch of salt
1 c cream
Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, syrup, water and cream stirring constantly until it forms a ball when dropped in water. Remove from heat. Add butter, salt and nuts. Beat untill thick and creamy. Pour into buttered dish.
