1/2 c chortening
2 1 ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c nuts
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt shortening and chocolate together over low heat. Stirring constantly. Cool. Mix in flour, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs until light. Add sugar. Add chocolate mixutre and blend. Add dry ingredients, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake in over at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
