10 T. vinegar (red wine, white, or balsamic)
20-30 T. olive oil or canola oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a shaker bottle. Chill.

Using less oil will reduce the calories (I usually do this). You may also add a little water if desired to further reduce calories.
