1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar

Maple Icing:
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients and spices. Whisk eggs, pumpkin, sugars, and oil together. Add in dry ingredients and stir to combine. Scoop batter into lined tins. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost with the maple icing. Top with chocolate sprinkles.
