1 pound butter (softened to room temp)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs separated (you will just use the yolks)
6 cups flour (approximately)
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
-Cream butter and sugar together
-Add in slightly beaten egg yolks until incorporated
-Add both extracts
-Mix flour with baking powder
-Add flour until stiff enough to handle
-Knead dough several times
-Cover in plastic wrap and put in fridge for at least 30 minutes; can leave in overnight
-Roll out pieces of dough to approximately 1/4 inch thickness (or slightly less)
-Cut out with cookie cutter of choice
-Place on baking sheet lined with parchment
-Bake at 350 degrees until just slightly brown at edge
-Cool and frost with butter cream icing
