Four 6 ounce pieces of Salmon
About 3/4 Cups of Fat Free Fage Greek Yogurt
About a tablespoon of Wasabi paste (or more/or less depending on your tastes)
About a Tablespoon of Dijon Musturd
Salt to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat air fryer on air broil High mode (or use whatever process to cook salmon you'd prefer)
2. Salt the salmon and cook for 10-12 minutes depending on thickness
3. While the salmon cooks, mix the greek yogurt, dijon, wasabi and salt to taste in a small bowl.
4. When the salmon is ready, put it on a plate and dollop some of the yogurt/wasabi mixture on top!

*Serve with a side of rice and broiled asparagus.
*The wasabi paste is delicious on scallops too

Ted and I eat salmon at least twice a week. This is an easy go-to recipe in our house that we LOVE. I use the Ninja airfryer oven (the one that folds up on your countertop. I highly recommend it! It can be found on Amazon for about $200).
