1 box Red Velvet cake mix
2 eggs
⅓ c. vegetable oil
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Mix cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil together. Chill in refrigerator for 30 - 45 minutes.

Place confectionery sugar in zip lock bag. Pinch off dough and roll into medium size balls. Place several of the dough balls in the confectionery sugar bag and coat. Place coated dough balls onto cookie sheet. Use glass and lighting press down onto each dough ball.

Bake in preheated 350º oven for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and place on cooling rack to cool.
