1½ cups sugar
1 cup Crisco shortening
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. lemon extract
3 cups flour
½ tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt

Directions:

Mix into 2 rolls, wrap in wax paper; refrigerate overnight or longer. Use as you wish. Roll out dough and cut into shapes. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes
