1 lb beef flank or boneless sirloin steak
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
Dash of white pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
3 small tomatoes (I only use 1)
2 medium green peppers
2 onions

¼ c chicken broth
2 table spoons soy sauce
2 table spoons cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
3 tbs vegetable oil
you can add ginger root also 1 tsp chopped finely
1 tsp garlic or ¼ tsp garlic power
2 tbs vegetable oil
½ chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from beef toss 1 tbs vegetable oil,1 tbs cornstarch, salt, white pepper, (garlic if it the power) and 1 tsp soy sauce in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Cut each tomato into. wedges. Cut peppers into 1 inch pieces. Cut onion onto ¾ inch pieces, set aside. Mix ¼ cup chicken broth, 2 tbs cornstarch, 2 tbs soy sauce and the sugar, mix.

Heat wok or deep pan add 3 tbs vegetable oil rotate to coat side. Add onion and (garlic if its fresh, this is where you can add ginger root if you want). Stir until garlic is brown of onion's are cooked a little. Add beef and fry until brown. remove from pan.

add 2 tbs oil, add tomatoes fry about 30 second stir in ½ cup chicken broth, heat to boiling. Stir in. cornstarch mixture , cook and stir until thicken add green peppers and beef; stir about 1 minutes.

I love this one myself and so did your dad...
