5-6 sweet potatoes
1½ cups sugar
⅓ cup milk
¾ tsp. salt
3 eggs
⅔ stick butter
1½ tsp. Vanilla

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
⅓ stick butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes. Peel and boil. Drain. Add all ingredients and mash with hand mixer. put in 9x13 sprayed casserole dish.
Mix together topping ingredients. Pour on top of potatoes.
Bake 35 mins. at 350º.
