2 medium pork chops boned and cut in 1/2 inch
cubes
1 cup rice
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, copped
2 medium carrots, chopped
4 spring green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Boil your rice . In a medium skillet add olive oil and brown the pork cubes. Saute the onions and carrot in bit of olive oil. Mix rice and egg. Add to vegetable mixture. Scramble a couple of minutes before adding pork. Season with soy sauce. Sprinkle with sliced green onion. Serve.
