16 ounce package Noodles (fine)
2 pounds Ground Beef
2 Onions, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons Salad Oil
1 Number 2 can Tomatoes
1 can 12 ounce Whole Kernel Corn
1 cup Ripe Olives
1 can 4 ounce Mushrooms
1/2 pound Grated Cheese
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in salted water till tender. Drain. Saute meat, onions & pepper together until meat is brown. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. Combine noodles & meat mixture & remaining ingredients saving a little cheese for the top. Bake in a greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
