Ingredients:

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
top round or London broil beef

Directions:
First, make the marinade for the beef jerky. Mix all of the seasonings above and set aside. Prepare your meat by cutting it 1/4″ thick. It’s recommended to freeze the meat for about 30 minutes or longer before slicing it so it’s not mushy. Take the cuts of meat and place them into a freezer bag. Pour the marinade mixture right into the plastic bag with the meat and mix it around.

Next, once the meat is finished marinating, blot the meat dry to take out any moisture from the meat. If there’s a dehydration setting on your air fryer, set it to 160F for 3-5 hours. However, I would just turn the air fryer temperature to a low temperature and let it cook for hours so it can crispy up and dry.
