3 eggs (well beaten)
1 cup Light Karo Syrup
1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 stick butter (melted)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 Pillsbury unbaked pie crust
Directions:

Mix ingredients and pour into crust. Pampered Chef baking dish is perfect

Preheat oven to 350º. Bake pie for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 325º. Continue baking for 20 - 25 minutes.
