1 c butter, softened
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp butter toffee flavored syrup
2 c flour
3/4 c rolled oats
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 c lays regular ripple chips
1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c milk chocolate chips
Pretzels, crushed chips, chocolate chips, and chocolate dipping wafers for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and extracts.
Stir in flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and rolled oats.
Crush Lays chips and add to batter, along with chocolate chips.
Scoop onto baking sheets and bake until just dry (no longer shiny) on the outside. About 13 minutes.
Fully cool before dipping in melted chocolate and then placing a pretzel on the melted chocolate, along with more crushed chips and chocolate chips.

I created these cookies for my friend Sam's bridal shower. The bridesmaid hosting the shower told me that Sam likes "sweet and salty" and I knew right away that I wanted to put this in cookie form!
