Ingredients:
Ingredients:
36 oz frozen berries (I used a triple berry blend plus cherries)
4 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1 1/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Allow frozen berries to thaw about halfway. Place them in a food processor with lemon juice and vanilla. Puree until all fruit is in very small pieces, and the mixture is somewhat slushy.
Whip heavy whipping cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in the berry mixture.
Pipe into desired containers. I prefer clear glass or plastic to show off the beautiful color and texture of the mousse.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Top with regular whipped cream, fresh berries, chocolate shavings, and/or slivered almonds.
