1 cup soft butter 1 ½ cup sugar 2 eggs 2 ¾ cup flour 2 teaspoons cream of tarter 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt Cinnamon/sugar
Preheat oven to 400º.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sir in remaining ingredients except cinnamon./sugar. Mix well. Chill dough. Form into balls, roll in cinnamon/sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 º for 8-10 minutes. Makes 4-5 dozen.
