1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
5 ounces water
5 ounces tomato sauce
½ cup oatmeal
2 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º

Mix ingredients, put in baking pan and shape. Top with Tomato sauce or cream of mushroom soup. Add cheese at very end of cooking time and melt if desired.

Bake at 350 º until done.
