pounds saltines finely crumbed
1 Tablespoon Vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped onions (optional)

Sugar to taste

2 cups Hunts Hickory BBQ sauce with chunks

Combine ground beef, eggs, finely crumbed saltines, chopped onion, mustard, salt and pepper and shape into balls. Brown meatballs in butter until cooked fairly solid. To make the sauce combine ketchup, mustard, vinegar, BBQ sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar and optional onions. Simmer meatballs in sauce 30-60 minutes. Add water as needed to keep from getting too thick (takes quite a bit). Best if made the night before and left to sit in the sauce overnight.
