1 box Lemon Cake Mix
1 small pkg. Instant Lemon Pudding
4 large Eggs
1/4 c. Vegetable Oil

Glaze:
4 c. Powdered Sugar, sifted
1/3 c. fresh Lemon Juice
Rind of 1 Lemon, grated
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all bar ingredients in mixing bowl and beat 2 minutes. Put in sprayed jelly roll pan. Cook 12 minutes (until turning golden brown around edges) in 350º oven. Mix glaze and pour over bars while warm. Cool well before you remove from pan.
