2 quarts milk (warm)
2 Yeast

1/2 cup sugar
Flour to pancake dough consistency

5 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
1 1/2 cups melted shortening or oil

Directions:
Directions:
Let milk and yeast stand 15-20 minutes. Add sugar and flour. Let stand till drops. Add eggs, sugar, salt and melted shortening/oil. Flour to make light dough work with hands. Let rise to at least double work and roll on floured board. Bake at 425 degrees about 20 minutes.
