2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup sugar
1 cup lard
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
⅔ cup sour milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix in lard like pie dough. Add vinegar to milk to make sour. Add in vanilla and baking soda to milk the add to dry ingredients. Put dough into fridge and let cool at lease 2 hours or overnight. Bake at 350ºF for 8 minutes. Cookies will rise don't take out till they are flat.
