Overnight Oats
1/2 ripe banana
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup oats
2/3 cup milk

Ganache
1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
2 1/2 tbsp milk
8 g chocolate
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
With a fork, mash the banana in a small bowl. Add chia seeds and oats. Mix. Add milk. Transfer to a mason jar and store in the fridge. Make Ganache while it's chilling.

Add the pb, milk, and chocolate to a microwave safe bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at a time, stirring between. Should be good in three batches. Stir thoroughly until mixture is smooth. Add the vanilla and salt. Pour the ganache over the oats and place back in the fridge overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
