Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can of Italian Bread crumbs (I like the Progresso ones)
2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce (I typically do roasted garlic and parm)
2 chicken breasts-butterflied
1 pound of your favorite pasta
Grated parm
Mozzarella
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Garlic salt
Eggs
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Butterfly chicken beasts and separate into 2 pieces per breast. Tenderize both sides with a meat tenderizer. (You'll end up with 4 pieces from 2 beasts)

In a dish add Italian bread crumbs, a handful of Grated parm, and garlic powder and Italian seasoning to your liking.

In a separate dish add enough flour to coat chicken in

Add 2 Eggs to another dish and scramble(this is where I like to add garlic salt)

Flour, egg, bread crumbs chicken breasts and place in a skillet with about a quarter to half on inch of hot oil. Once side is brown flip and cook the other side to golden brown. About 3 minutes or so each side.

Once done remove them and let the grease drip.

In a casserole dish make a thin layer of spaghetti sauce and then place your chicken on top of it. Spoon as much sauce as you like on top of the chicken before sprinkling generously with Mozzarella and left over parm. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Place in over and bake until melted.

Boil noodles while cheese is melting and toss with extra spaghetti sauce.

Once cheese is melted remove from oven and enjoy!
