Ingredients:  
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all filling ingredients.
Mix well.
Fill pastry shells 2/3 full.
Bake on bottom shelf at 375º until shells are slightly brown.
Cool completely and than remove tarts from pans.
If you want firmer filling add an additional egg, increase brown sugar
to 3/4 cup and decrease corn syrup to 1/4 cup. I prefer runny!!
