Cookies
3 cup flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
3 eggs, well beaten
1tsp vanilla

Frosting
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 tbsp warm milk
1 lb. box of confectionary sugar (4 cups)

Cookies
Sift dry ingredients, set aside
Cream butter and sugar
Add eggs and vanilla
Add flour, add more if needed to stiffen dough
Roll out dough on floured board rather thick 3/8 to 1/4 inch
Use patterned cookie cutters
Bake 400º
5-8 minutes

Frosting
Beat until nice and fluffy.
Add more warm milk or more sugar if not right consistency
