1 c. Sugar (can be half brown, half white or all white)
2 Eggs
2 c. Cream
Maple or Vanilla flavoring
Milk to fill freezer

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients except milk. Put in ice cream freezer. Finish filling container with milk. Freeze until done.

I (Dixie) can remember Grandma and Grandpa making this in the summer. They would have me start the cranking but I never did very many turns before I got tired and Grandpa took over for me. I don't know if he was stricter with his children. Mom may have had to finish the batch.
