1/2 C. Butter (melted) 1 Can Hershey syrup (16 oz.)
1 C. Sugar 1 C. plus 1 T. Flour
4 eggs 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Frosting
6 T. Butter 1 1/2 C. White Sugar
6 T. Milk 3/4 C. Chocolate Chips (6oz. pkg.)

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything in a large bowl and mix. Grease 11X15-jellyroll pan. Heat oven to 350º.
Pour into greased jellyroll pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes. After taking the brownies out of the oven, make the frosting.

Frosting: Boil all ingredients, except chocolate chips in small saucepan for 30-45 seconds. If you cook it longer, it will get hard. Next take it off the stove and add chocolate chips. Beat with mixer till frosting gets thick. Immediately, frost the hot brownies.
