1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn
1 stick of butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick coating. Mix all ingredients together and spread into the prepared baking dish. Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Frankly, I am surprised this dish doesn't have more butter since it is a Paula Deen recipe.
