1 gallon ripe tomatoes
Onions, to taste
Hot peppers to taste
2 cups vinegar
5 cups sugar
1/2 pkg Sure Jell

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up tomatoes and chop onions and peppers. Put veggies in large heavy sauce pan or kettle. Heat until almost boiling. Add Sure Jell and stir. Add vinegar and sugar. Cook until thick, stirring frequently to prevent scorching. Put into hot sterilized jars. Pressure cook for 10 minutes at 5 lbs pressure.
