2 lbs. beef sirloin or round steak (Cut into strips or chunks)
1 bag egg noodles
1 clove minced garlic
1 cube butter
3-4 cans of Campbell soup Beef Broth
1 16 oz. sour cream
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut meat into 1½ in. strips or small chunks
2. Melt butter in electric skillet or large pan ,add garlic and stir into butter,
add meat and simmer until brown, stirring often , put lid on.
3. When meat is almost done, add 2½ of the Beef Broth and bring back to a simmer.
4. Add the ketchup and stir until blended, reduce heat a little and add the sour cream
and stir until well mixed in the meat mixture.
5. Add remaining Beef Both to the flour (mix well so there are no lumps)
6. Gradually add to the meat and sauce stirring constantly until starts to thicken
7. Stir noodles into sauce a little at a time. Or you can use a ladle and put some on
the plated noodles.

***Cook noodles while sauce is cooking.
Rinse and drain when done.
