warm milk
butter

salt
bread flour
sugar
active dry yeast
3 bunches cilantro ( Chinese parsley)

Pull out your bread machine...follow its directions. Mine says added liquid first so we follow that way.
1. Add 1 cup warm milk, egg, 1 1/2 table spoon butter
2. Add 4 cups bread flour, salt, 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
3. Dice up fine cilantro...make sure you sue the stalk's...that is where best flavour is.
4. Add cilantro to pan.
5. Make a well with finger and add 2 teaspoon dry yeast.
Close and push start.

The wife and I invented this bread after a lunch of beer and chicken wings. It is great to go with any meal but we really love it with pasta.
