Ingredients:  
1. 5 lb potatoes

2. 1 bag shredded mozzerella

3. 2 onions, diced

4. 1 C. Flour

5. 2 tsp pepper, 2 tsp salt

6. 3 C diced ham

7. 1 stick butter

8. Milk (approx 4 cups or more)

Directions:

1. Wash & slice potatoes to about 1/4” thickness mandolines make this task easy)

2. Mix flour, salt & pepper

3. Dredge potatoes in flour, layer in baking dish.

4. Layer onions, cheese, butter pats and ham.

5. Add another layer of floured potatoes, repeat layers until top of baking dish, ending with potato layer.

6. Pur milk over until baking dish is halfway filled.

7. Sprinkle cheese and a few more butter oats on top.

8. Cover with foil and Bake at 375* for 1 hour until potatoes are tender.

9. Uncover and bake until top is browned.
