1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 tsp hazelnut extract
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 c flour
3/4 c cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 c chopped pecans
1/2 c toffee bits
3/4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and extracts.
Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in pecans, toffee bits, and chocolate chips.
Scoop or hand roll cookies onto parchment paper and bake for about 12 minutes, or until cookies no longer shiny on the outside. Tap the pan on a countertop to knock out the air pockets in the cookies.
