2 pounds shredded coleslaw mix or if you are ambitious you can grate a head of cabbage and 2-3 carrots
⅔ cup sugar
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cup Hellman's mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Put coleslaw mix, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper into a large bowl and mix.

Add the mayonnaise and stir.

It will become more "juicy" as it sits.

I make this coleslaw for the majority of our picnics in the summer. Seems to be a hit! Goes well with brisket, pulled pork or hot dogs and hamburgers!
