2.2 lb of ground beef (ratio of 2 parts beef)
1lb ground pork (ratio of 1 part pork)
2 eggs
salt and pepper
parsley flakes
Italian bread crumbs
Pinch brand seasoning (optional)
Parmesan cheese
Worcester sauce
Garlic granulated or powder
Onion powder

Preheat oven to 350º

1. Mix ground beef and pork with 2 eggs
2. Add salt and pepper
3. Add parsley flakes, Italian bread crumbs, Pinch brand seasoning (if you want),
4.Parmesan cheese, Worcester sauce, Garlic granulated or powder, Onion powder.
5. Mix up all ingredients and add water until soft and plyable.
6. Cover cooking sheet with oil and minced garlic.
7. Ball up meatballs to desired size.
8. Cook for approx. 20 mins at 350º depending on oven and size of meatballs.
9. Add browned meatballs and drippings to pot with sauce, simmer in sauce.
