Chicken portions (about a quarter of chicken per person)
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
4 large potatoes

Directions:
Directions:




Slice onions and chop garlic and brown in a large saucepan.

Add the chicken quarters and potatoes, season and simmer with lid on.

Cook until chicken is soft, at least a couple of hours.

Keep adding a little water at a time to keep it moist.

It comes out lovely and brown.
