2 loaves White bread
3 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
2-3 rolls frozen breakfast sausage
Milk (to consistency, 4-6 cups)
Bella poultry seasoning
4 celery stalks, minced
2 med. Onions, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Rip bread into 1" cubes into large bowl.

Cook & break up sausage into crumbles. Halfway through cooking, add celery & onions. Cook thoroughly.

Pour over top of bread. Add seasonings, mix in eggs, add milk & mix. When thoroughly mixed, I smell it (and taste it. I know, raw eggs. Wah!)

Consistency should be that of wet dough. Stuff bird.

Leftovers go into an oven proof dish. Add pats of butter and/or broth on top as needed and bake until golden brown.

Variations: cut up apples, cranberries raisins or pears
