1. 1 lb Raw Shrimp, peeled & deveined

2. whatever seafood you like...scallops, fish, lobster, crab, fake crab

3. 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (Grammy prefers cheese-its)

4. 1/2 stick butter

5. Fresh garlic or Garlic powder, seasoned salt, salt & pepper to taste

6. Optional 1/4 C white wine, 1/4 C. Mayo

1. Place all seafood into casserole dish

2. Melt garlic & mayo into butter (microwave in a bowl) Add wine to liquid.

3. Crush crackers into baggie and mix dry seasonings into it.

4. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over top of seafood.

5. Pour butter/wine mixture over top.

6. Bake at 375° for approx 30-40 minutes, until shrimp are pink and crumb topping is starting to get golden.

Everytime I make this, I tweak it. Sometimes more butter, no wine. Sometimes more garlic or none at all. Play around with it!
