3 cups zucchini, sliced thinly
1 small onion, chopped
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 cup bisquick
Pinch of garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix everything together, and pour into greased pie (or square) pan.
3. Bake at for ~1 hr. (Will be set and when you put knife tip in middle, it shouldn’t
be wet).
4. Cool slightly.

*I remember eating this in the summer, with fresh sliced tomatoes and corn on the cob
for dinner!*
