CRUST
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups flour

FILLING
2 large cans of crushed pineapple
2 boxes of cook and serve vanilla pudding
1 box of Dream Whip ( make to package directions) or whip cream if you can't find DW.

1 large cookie sheet

CRUST
In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and salt mix well.
Add flour.

Put on cookie sheet and pat out to the edges.

Bake 10-20 min at 350º, let cool.

FILLING
In a large kettle add the pineapple and the pudding and milk according to package directions, cook till thick, let cool.

Spread over cooled crust, top with dream whip. Sprinkle w/ chopped nuts.
