3-4 blocks Extra Sharp cheddar cheese (preferably orange)
Optional: 3 slice bacon, trimmed of excess fat and cooked until crisp
1 pint heavy cream
2 pints half-and-half (or substitute some goats milk for some half-and-half )
2 eggs
1 tbsp butter
Worcestershire sauce
tabasco sauce
salt & pepper

This recipe has evolved over the years to reflect healthier eating habits though I would not call it heart healthy, but it is delicious! I usually take different elements of each version and it always comes out yummy! The cook can take creative license and adjust amounts of half-and-half vs. goats milk (always use a good amount of half-and-half), add bacon, and/or garlic, etc.
