6-8 Center Cut, Bone In Pork Chops
1 Rectangle plastic storage container half full with flour
Salt
Pepper
Onion Salt
Garlic Salt
Crisco
Gravy Master

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season flour with salt, pepper, onion salt, and garlic salt.
2. Prepare LARGE skillet/fry pan with Crisco--melt on low heat.
3. Make some slits on the fat side of chops.
4. Allow chops to soak up the seasoned flour.
5. Flour and place in warm/hot fry pan.
6. Brown pork well on both sides, turning often.
7. While browning, season with more salt and pepper.
8. Once all chops are browned, arrange in pan and add a few sprinkles of water and cover pan.
9. Allow the chops to cook in the pan on low.
10. Continue adding water and a little Gravy Master while cooking. Add the remaining flour in the seasoning container throughout the cooking process to thicken the gravy.
11. Scrape the pan and shake the chops.
12. Cook about 2 hours, maybe more.
