"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
The smell of warm chocolate chip cookies reminds me of my mother's kitchen. They were my daddy's favorite cookie, and continue to be one of mine to this day. A good chocolate chip cookie with a glass of cold milk......makes me smile just thinking about the yumminess! So here is my chocolate chip cookie recipe, Big, soft & full of gooey chocolate.....you can store them for several days. Try wrapping them individually in press & seal and them 10 seconds in the microwave....voila!

Works well with all types of chocolate chips and nuts. Experiment & enjoy!!
