⅔ cup Hersey's Cocoa
3 cups sugar
⅛ tsp salt
1½ cups cups milk
¼ cup butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1½ cups pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar, and salt in a large sauce pan. Add milk gradually and mix. Bring to a boil on high and boil until reaches 236ºF on thermometer or reaches soft ball stage. Add butter and vanilla then pecans. Spread in a well greased pan.
